Life is simply too short.  We just don't know what tomorrow may bring - so we must strive to live for today.

 

So if you're battling your weight, no matter if you win the battle or not - shift your focus to positive things. And when you start that diet to drop those unwanted pounds, keep focusing on the day - on all the positive things that you want to accomplish.
