How

ANY

for

Our Free Diet Planner may
assist you in establishing a PATTERN for
healthier eating, and provide
an example of a dieter's daily menu.
Keep
in mind
that
a successful
diet is a planned diet. A successful
diet is NOT a fad diet. A successful
diet incorporates healthy foods, necessary fats,
vitamins
to ensure total nutrition
and
moderate
exercise.
- The Diet Plan provides detailed
menus, including all recipes. Calories
are calculated for you - about 1,350
per day.
- Recipes are created with ingredients
found in a 'normal' kitchen.
- Some recipes contain meat which
can easily be substituted for standard
veggie items, including eggs and
peanut butter.
- Daily meal suggestions include:
Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner plus 2
Snacks
- You can also trade out lunches,
breakfasts and dinners. In other
words, if you feel like eating what
is recommended for dinner on the
menu that day for lunch, then do
so - then at dinner time, enjoy
the lunch menu.
- Exercise & Activity - Our
recommendation is walking every
day OR every other day for 10-20
minutes and this can be accomplished
in many ways (shopping, sports,
etc.).
- No special tools needed for
the free diet planner. You
will need a scale to weigh yourself
on, some measuring spoons and cups.
A couple of 2-5 pound weight
would be helpful to incorporate
into a personal fitness plan (5
pound bags of potatoes OR gallon
milk jugs filled with sand also
work well) but this is totally optional.
- Some individuals are highly
allergic to certain foods, such
as shellfish and strawberries. In
this event, the dieter should substitute
that food for another.
Good luck on your diet plan and above
all else, make your diet FUN!
